OK, today basically sucked, but I'm recording it all in the name of accountability. Was going to take a walk, but it was sunny and hot out by the time I woke up. I was going to do workout 2 with just the weights I have at home, but decided that I should finish painting my cabinets. So my activity for the day was lugging cabinet doors out to the deck, sanding, painting, etc. I did do a lot of step ups from a step stool up onto the counter and back down again. They were all done one-legged and very controlled so I wouldn't kill myself. Then to top it all off, I went to see a band. This involved dinner and beer. The venue also had a clever business design of no air conditioning + selling ice cream. I would've come out right about on target calorie wise if it hadn't been for the Haagen Dazs bar, lol.
