Yes, I worked out 3 times today. Normal morning lifts and evening TKD, but a blackbelt I shall refer to as The Juggernaut was teaching a sparring-focused class at noon. PM class was a semi-private workshop (class decimated, everyone playing soccer) on self defense. Now I know how to break someone's wrist or shoulder if they grab my arm, how to knock them backward off their feet if they try to punch me, how to cut off circulation to the brain, and how to escape if someone tries that on me. Until I get a stepladder, midgets and 4th graders better watch out. Ah, the other old ladies would've been so jealous to see me with Instructor Foxy in a headlock (and vice versa).
