They are having a challenge at the Precision Nutrition forum and I was thinking of tagging along. Not officially registering because a) I'd have to purchase PNv2.0 and I have an e-book moratorium on myself until September b) there's an excellent chance that I would make no visible progress c) I actually bought PN and sent it back because it appeared to be the 7 Habits discussed ad nauseum more than a useful reference. I also thought the recipes used a lot of ingredients and looked like catfood. However, the 7 Habits are excellent guidelines which I have sort of been following except for the past few days because I re-read BFFM and thought it would be ok to put some starch in my non-post-workout meals.
ANYWAY - it kicks off with 2 weeks of a thinly disguised ketogenic diet which is one step down the crazy ladder from Lyle McDonald's insane 600 calorie per day low fat protein and green veg diet. I actually did the insane diet for two weeks and didn't lose any weight during the nadir of my mystery fatness disease. HOWEVER - maybe I'm better now and a 'kick-start' might provide some motivation...

hmmmmmmmmm. I don't think this is going to work. I'm not hungry at all and my metabolism will totally shut down with this little food...
