So, do you have any bruising at the site of your injury? Deep leg thrombosis is a real thing and you need to be careful. I realize it is "diet," but diet tonic water, (1/2 C per day in the evening, will keep the cramps away. It relieve a cramp before you even swallow it, its pretty amazing.
