My boys done good

and it looks like they're not shaving their lucky whiskers, lol.

I totally felt like I'd been flogged this morning, that's the sign of a good deadlift workout. And my right leg is tired for some reason. Did a lot of general running around and more carpet shampooing again. It snowed all week and it's annoying to walk in and not quite enough to do any snow sports, but soon someone's going to teach me to skate-ski and a couple of other colleagues want to learn how to snowboard.


7:00 wake (no cat alarm! ahaahahaha)
8:00 coffee, pineapple/berry/lime/Met Dr smoothie
10:00 orange, tuna/tofu burger
12:30 tuna salad and lettuce
2:30 tuna/tofu burger (at last, leftovers are gone)
6:30 CHEAT: homemade spareribs, 1/2c br rice, brussel sprouts, 1 piece rhubarb crumble w/ ff Cool whip
