Here's the North Korean taekwondo demo team in Atlanta
The guys in the padding are playing hoodlums who harass the nice young couple in street clothes. I don't look anything like that! But then, she's probably the #1 female black belt in the whole country.
Did not sleep well, slept in, still feel crummy. But I can fulfill all my workouts Friday and Saturday.
