Last week I felt like I was holding my breath for four days and then when the scale/Omron went the wrong way I got frustrated and started eating (mostly not eating) unbalanced meals. Of course you can easily undo four days of progress in three and then some. But it's PMS week so of COURSE the scale is going to go up, I could lose an arm and still gain weight.
Now it doesn't do me any good to just leave out the bad days, I need the fear of looking wimpy to motivate me on a meal by meal basis! So I'm going to write down everything -- which was the point of this goofy blog all along -- I'm going to PROMISE to write down everything, Ritz Bitz and all. I say that because two whole undocumented boxes of Cheese Ritz Bitz disappeared this month...
Anyway - very painful getting up this morning. Woke up around 1AM because my sinus was one big blood clot and then had trouble getting back to sleep. When I did, I only went into a half asleep dream state where my brain was jabbering so I was really disappointed when the alarm went off. I really had to remind myself that other people start showing up in the weight room at 6:00AM, so get up NOW!
