Prepare to get skinny!

Heh, now it's peer-reviewed science that brand X of carbonated beverage is thermogenic and brand Y is not. Either way, isn't it odd that 12oz of refrigerated soft drink boosts your metabolic rate only 13% while 16oz of room temperature water boosts it by 24%? Just sayin' is all.

6:30 30m cross trainer, 30m recumbent bike
8:00 swiss chard, eggs, coffee, pasta
10:00 1/2 protein bar (no veg!)
12:30 beef stew, romaine lettuce
4:00 ostrim, apple (late!)
6:30 I am unprepared and tired and unhungry and the chicken is still frozen solid so I grazed through the cupboards when I really could have had a protein shake or something, wimp!
