Say NO to Crack (ers)

For chocolate cravings, I got (generic brand) Viactiv, the chocolate chewy calcium supplements. And because they're supplements I'm leery of taking more than one extra per day on top of what I usually take (1g per day, not 3 like I said a few weeks ago, oops). For salt cravings I usually stare forlornly into my freezer full of chicken and tilapia, so this week I got some cheese Ritz Bitz.

For the record, upon my demise I would like the space around me in the coffin packed with cheese Ritz Bitz so I may take them, Egyptian-style, into the afterlife. Until then: restraining order!

Cals: 1203 (higher than this, there was a piece of cheese, a mini-muffin and ritz bitz involved)

Fat: 52.6g (43.7%)
Prot: 116g (38.6%)
Fiber: 19.5g
