1/4c nuts (I used pecans)
2 cloves garlic
4oz basil
3T nutritional yeast
3T flaxmeal
1T olive oil
- In a blender or mini-chopper grind up the nuts first, then put in the rest of the ingredients and blend to make a paste.

Vegan pesto
- Cut a deep flap into the chicken breast (like you're going to cut it into two layers), spread pesto inside. Tent with foil and bake to 160 degrees.
