Felt much stronger today when lifting, maybe from the pig-out last night or the waxy maize or from not being sick anymore. Slept ok the last few nights because I held off serving ‘dinner’ to the cat until I was ready for bed. Then the food-coma kept her quiet for most of the night.
Also went to the health food store and they had cacao nibs and goji berries which I've been dying to try. The Nibs are weird, they're almost like coffee beans, but have a softer bite and considering they smell like chocolate and taste like bitter baking chocolate they are weirdly addictive. The goji berries are really good, they kind of look like dried rose hips and they're sweet and chewy with tiny seeds inside.
